IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE: Pay whatever amount Shopify charges you.  Any order of Media items only (books, DVDs, booklets) over $35.00 will ship for free, because I will refund your shipping charge. On all other non-Media items, DO NOT CHOOSE MEDIA RATE. I will refund any shipping amount you paid that was not needed. In the end, YOU PAY ONLY THE ACTUAL SHIPPING COST.

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE of North America: Please create a free account at www.shipito.com.  I will pay for shipping to them, and they can ship to you far cheaper, and quicker, than I can.
