If you've placed any order with Don's Magic & Books, you most likely received a brightly colored bookmark. It could be yellow, green red, purple, or even black & white.
Why all of the colors?
Well, it helps me keep track of when I added the books to the website.
For instance, if you have the light yellow bookmark with the rounded corners, you have one of the earlier books from me (2020). If you have the yellow bookmark with squared-off corners, that was a title added a little later (2023).
The most recent color is the Black & White version. We started utilizing them recently on May 20th, 2026.
So far there have been 10 different versions, in this order, along with the date they were put into circulation: Yellow (11/17/20), green (5/11/21), red (7/20/22), purple (4/8/23), yellow w/square corners (12/6/23), light blue (7/2/24), grey (3/21/25), brown (10/16/25) and black (5/20/26). There was one other yellow in there, and I had only used about 100 of them when I realized that they had a mistake on them, so I quit using them right away.
